Withdrawal Order form
At AdHoram, every jewel is created with intention and care, and we hope it will accompany you on your journey — carrying with it what you love through time.
Requests made after this period may be refused.
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact care@adhoram.com indicating your order number and the item(s) concerned or fill in the EU withdrawal order form below. All returns must be requested and approved in advance.
Once a return or exchange has been approved, AdHoram will provide the return address. Clients are responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipment. Returned items should be securely packaged and sent using a tracked shipping service.
AdHoram is not responsible for items lost, damaged, or delayed during return transit. We recommend retaining proof of shipment until the return has been received and processed.
Any return shipping costs, customs duties, taxes, or clearance charges are the responsibility of the client.
Items must be returned intact, unworn, and unaltered, in their original packaging, including boxes, tags, and accessories.
Items showing signs of wear, alteration, or missing packaging may be refused.
Once the returned item has been received and verified, AdHoram will process the refund within 14 days using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
The refund corresponds to the price paid for the returned item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Returns cannot be accepted for made-to-order, personalised, or engraved jewellery.
AdHoram reserves the right to decline returns that do not comply with this policy.
