Returns and Exchanges

At AdHoram, every jewel is created with intention and care, and we hope it will accompany you on your journey — carrying with it what you love through time.

Our return/exchange process is designed to remain clear, transparent, and fair, should you ever need it.

Returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
In accordance with the Consumer Code, the Client has the right to withdraw from the contract, without providing any reason, within the same period.

Requests made after this period may be refused.

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact care@adhoram.com indicating your order number and the item(s) concerned. All returns must be requested and approved in advance.

Once a return or exchange has been approved, AdHoram will provide the return address. Clients are responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipment. Returned items should be securely packaged and sent using a tracked and insured shipping service.

AdHoram is not responsible for items lost, damaged, or delayed during return transit. We recommend retaining proof of shipment until the return has been received and processed.

Any return shipping costs, customs duties, taxes, or clearance charges are the responsibility of the client.

Items must be returned intact, unworn, and unaltered, in their original packaging, including boxes, tags, and accessories.

If your piece includes a security tag, it must remain attached and intact. Removal of the tag confirms the jewel has been accepted and the return will no longer be eligible.

Items showing signs of wear, alteration, or missing packaging may be refused.

Once the returned item has been received and verified, AdHoram will process the refund within 14 days using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

The refund corresponds to the price paid for the returned item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Any costs associated with returning the item, including shipping fees, customs duties, taxes, or clearance charges, remain the responsibility of the client and will not be reimbursed.

For exchanges, clients are responsible for both the return shipment and the shipping costs associated with sending the replacement item.

Returns cannot be accepted for made-to-order, personalised, or engraved jewellery.

AdHoram reserves the right to decline returns that do not comply with this policy.

Quality Control, Craftsmanship and Conformity Defects

Every AdHoram creation is born from human hands and time that moves slowly.

Each jewel is inspected, refined, and carefully prepared before being packaged for its journey.

Because every piece is handmade, no two jewels are identical.

Slight variations in surface, colour, or texture are natural and part of the artistic expression of the piece. These characteristics are not considered defects.

If you believe your jewel presents a manufacturing defect, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws, AdHoram provides a two-year legal warranty covering defects of conformity existing at the time of delivery, please contact care@adhoram.com with photographs, a description of the issue, and the order number. AdHoram may request additional information or inspection of the piece in order to assess the nature of the claim.

If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, AdHoram will provide an appropriate remedy, which may include repair, replacement, or refund, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. In certain cases, where international shipping would be impractical or disproportionate, AdHoram may instead offer a contribution towards a repair carried out by a qualified local jeweller.

The legal warranty does not cover damage resulting from accidents, improper use, alterations, normal wear and tear, or failure to follow the care instructions provided.

Many AdHoram creations feature a premium 24k gold-plated finish of at least 1 micron, designed to retain its richness and colour for years when treated with care. However, gold plating is a surface treatment that naturally evolves with wear and use. Gradual fading, wearing, or alteration of the finish resulting from normal use, exposure to water, cosmetics, perfumes, perspiration, friction, cleaning products, or other external factors is considered normal wear and tear and is not covered by the legal warranty.

Should a gold-plated piece require replating, AdHoram may offer this service through its studio. Requests are assessed on a case-by-case basis. Shipping costs and any applicable customs duties, taxes, or related charges associated with the replating service remain the responsibility of the client.
